1-Year Limited Warranty


We warrant all our ramp products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first consumer purchase.

Limitation


We do not warrant:
  • Damage from neglect, misuse, or from improper installation or repair.
  • Damage from exceeding weight limit.
  • This warranty applies in the USA/Canada only.

How to Claim


Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.  You will then be instructed to ship products back to us.
